About Jamie
High-Performance Coach. Strategist. Entrepreneur.
I've spent most of my adult life building businesses, coaching business owners and athletes, and figuring out what actually separates the people who achieve and sustain high performance from those who burn out chasing it. That fascination led me deep into performance breathing, mental skills, neuroscience, performance psychology, and stress-response, tools I first sought for myself, that then unlocked a new level of success for my clients.
Over the past decade I've coached and trained more than a thousand business owners and worked with some of New Zealand's highest-performing athletes, and teams such as the 2025 championship winning Crusaders. The results across both worlds reinforced what I always believed: the gap between potential and performance is almost never about talent, effort, or strategy alone. It's about your inner game. How you manage stress, how you show up under pressure, and whether you've consciously trained these skills and built systems to support the level you're trying to play at.
That blend is what makes my approach different. I connect the strategic performance side, how you plan, build, and execute, with the psychological and physiological skills that determine whether you can do it consistently, sustainably, and on demand.
